CWC Annual Convention
For more than half a century, the Colorado Water Congress Annual
Convention has been widely recognized throughout Colorado and beyond as the
definitive venue for learning about the state's water.
Our premier event draws more than 500 attendees from across Colorado,
including legislators, representatives of state and federal agencies,
leading water attorneys, water resource managers, engineers, scientists and
a broad spectrum of water users. All share concerns about the
legislation, management, protection and preservation of Colorado's water.
Daily General Sessions typically include presentations by top Colorado
water professionals, key legislators and others, including panel discussions
and open forums. The program is augmented by a wide variety of concurrent
sessions and roundtables. Each year, the Wayne N. Aspinall "Water Leader of
the Year" Award is presented at a special luncheon event, and attendees can
enjoy networking and explore exhibits during breaks.
Our 52nd Annual Convention, Respecting Our Past, Leading In The
Present, Building For The Future, was held at the Hyatt Regency Denver
Tech Center, from Wednesday, January 27th through Friday, January 29th,
2010.
