CWC Legal Ethics in Water
& Environmental Law Seminar
Cynthia Covell and Steven Leonhardt will provide instruction and lead discussions on a variety of essential topics and current issues specific to ethics and environmental law as relates to the intricacies of Colorado's water management system Included in the program will be presentations on: Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, Ethical Principles and Obligations for Water Lawyers, Conflicts of Interest in Water Law Practice, and a Panel on Hypothetical Problems.
On-site registration will begin at 12:00. The program will begin at 12:45 and continue until 4:30.
It is anticipated that 4 CLE credits for this seminar will be granted by the Colorado Supreme Court Board of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education.
The fee for the workshop is $75 for members ($125 for non-members) and includes lunch. The advance registration deadline is Friday, December 2. On-site registration on the day of the event will be available for an additional $25 fee.
