Committee Fees
The annual administrative fees for member participation on State and/or Federal Affairs Standing Committees are listed below. Participants of State and Federal Affairs Committees are invoiced during June each year for the period July 1, of the current year, through June 30, of the next year. The fees are as follows:
- State Affairs Committee $200
- Federal Affairs Committee $150
Committee eligibility requirements and voting rules:
- Participating member’s organization will pay a minimum of $500 annual membership dues to CWC. This is invoiced separately and should not be paid when registering for State and/or Federal Affairs Committees.
- Both annual membership dues and administrative fee must be fully paid for the organization’s representative to vote in committee.
- Each organization may cast only one (1) vote, either by the Primary representative or their designated Alternate. The designated registered Alternate may cast the one (1) vote in the absence of the Primary representative.
- A committee member is limited to casting no more than one (1) vote, even if they represent more than one (1) organization.
- Organizations opting for alternate representative(s) on committee must register every additional member at the same administrative fee shown above.
