Registration Details

Registration for in-person attendance is now closed due to capacity.

We invite you to register to attend the convention virtually and watch live or you can watch on-demand after the conclusion of the convention.

Cancelations/Refunds:

• $100 Cancelation fee after 3 pm MT, January 20, 2023.
• No refunds will be issued until after the Annual Convention.

Benefits: 

• One complimentary Convention registration. You may have one additional person at your space but they will need to register as an attendee in order to participate in meals or Convention programming
• Logo on signage of all exhibitors 
• Choose your location. You will have the opportunity to choose your location and is done in registration order. CWC will email exhibitor contact
• Exhibitor ribbon on name badge
• Option to host a one (1) 30 minute technical presentation for $500 (you choose the time slot during registration checkout). The room will be set classroom for 50 with a head table, 2 chairs, podium with microphone, screen, and projector. Exhibitor must use own computer.
