CWC Releases Comment Letter on Waters of the United States

The Colorado Water Congress Federal Affairs Committee submitted comments on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed revisions to the definition of the Waters of the United States.
