Joshua Godwin
Joshua Godwin is a project manager and legislative coordinator for Aurora Water and is a registered PE in Colorado. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the South Platte Forum and currently serves as the chair for the Colorado Ground Water Association Legislative Committee. His fields of practice include aquifer storage and recovery (ASR), groundwater regulations, water rights, legislation, and water policy.
Mr. Godwin graduated from the University of Florida and holds a degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Master's in Water Resources Engineering. Prior to working in Colorado, he worked in private practice in both Florida and New Jersey. He has spoken and testified on groundwater rights issues, oil and gas regulations, designated basins, and ASR.
