Keith McLaughlin is the Finance Director of the Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority and has been with the Authority since January 1998. The Authority manages five water-related infrastructure programs and has executed over $2 billion in water infrastructure loans to Colorado municipalities and special districts. Mr. McLaughlin, as chief financial officer, is responsible for all financial aspects of the Authority’s financing programs for the Drinking Water Revolving Fund, the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund, the Small Water Resources Projects Program, the Water Revenue Bond Program and the Small Hydropower Projects Program. Mr. McLaughlin received his B.S. in finance from the University of Colorado.
