 Neal is a Colorado Native and the Senior Manager of Water Resources for Molson Coors Brewing Company where he is responsible for the Company’s Clear Creek water resources operations, infrastructure and reporting. He is also the General Manager for the Rocky Mountain Water Company (wholly owned subsidiary of Molson Coors Brewing Co.) which operates two irrigation ditches in Jefferson and Denver counties.  Neal is a board member of the Colorado Water Congress and a registered Colorado professional engineer with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.
