Assigned Exhibit Space:
Each exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. As exhibitors sign up through the website, our Member Services Manager, AnnaLee Taylor, will reach out to you via email to let you know which table(s) we have available to you at the time your exhibitor request was made. It is at this time, you will give input as to which exhibit space is your preferred space. Exhibitor Personnel Registration: Your Exhibitor badge does not include conference registration or meals. Please add registration for conference sessions and all meals if you would like to attend any of these functions. Badge checks will be enforced for all sessions and meal functions. Due to limitations in space, your booth is limited to two (2) exhibitors. Shipping: For all advanced shipments, please use the below address. The Colorado Water Congress will not be responsible for any fees associated with shipments sent directly to the hotel. Exhibitors may not have deliveries arrive earlier than August 17th.
