Summer Conference attendees are eligible to receive 20% off Summer 2021 Land Up activities and Scenic Chairlift rides. Please note that there is an advance purchase of at least 72 hours required. Enter the dates of arrival departure and number of adults/children and click on search package. Two tabs will come up below the search and offer you the opportunity to choose the Land Up activities and/or Scenic Chairlift rides. Make your selection by clicking View Options, then Add the type of ticket you need. You can add either activity or both by moving between the tabs and adding the ticket to your cart. Steamboat Grand Room Options
Run of house (king/double queen/studio) - $150
Room upgrade options below are available on a first come, first serve basis at a discounted rate based on room type. Be sure to book early in order to secure the room configuration you desire. These room options are available by booking online or calling using the information to the right, under Steamboat Grand Reservations.
All rates are subject to all applicable state and local taxes and assessments and resort fees, including current state room and lodging tax. Steamboat Grand Reservations
Hotel reservations for the Steamboat Grand can be made online HERE or by calling 877-269-2628 and refer to the Colorado Water Congress 2021 group to qualify for the special group rate.
There is a required one night deposit at time of booking. Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellation available up to 48 hours prior to arrival with loss of $25 deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades. Please see all hotel details below and note some are different (in green) than in the past and some now have associated costs.

Hotel reservations in Steamboat can be made by calling 970-599-7351 and give group discount Group ID COSSGRP871 to qualify for the special group rate.

- Discount terms: 5-10% discount off the published full price rate (5% on stays of 2 nights and 10% on stays of 3 nights or longer)
- Check in is 4 pm
- Check out is 10 am
- Discount available 3 days prior/after the Summer Conference dates of August 24-26
- Deposit equal to 50% of the renal will be taken at time of booking
- Balance of payment will be automatically processed 30 days prior to arrival
- Bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival date, full payment will be taken at the time of booking
- Rental payments are fully refundable up until 30 days prior to the reservation
- Each reservation will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement. This agreement will be mailed to each guest reservation
- Check in instructions will be emailed on the day of arrival if the rental agreement has been signed and reservation paid in full
