The Water Congress is excited to invite you to participate in our inaugural virtual event - 2020 Summer Conference from August 25 through September 17, 2020. Participate in this unique opportunity to connect with Water Congress members and others involved in supporting the mission of the Colorado Water Congress. The Water Congress is offering exhibitor 15-30 minute demo sessions as well as a virtual landing for your materials. We want to hear what you would like to share with our members and others attending our Summer Conference of the Colorado Water Congress. How is your company reaching prospective clients in a world with COVID-19? These 15-30 minute sessions will give you the opportunity to get in front of those prospective clients. |
How Can I Participate?
The Water Congress is offering exhibitors a 15-30 minute demo session. Bring your promotional video, a live talk on what is happening in your company during this time of COVID-19, looped PowerPoint presentation, downloadable one-pager, exhibitor-created splash page, link to your website, whatever else you think will engage our members and attendees.
Presentation Details
Upon receipt of your paid exhibitor registration, we will contact you for further details. Please plan to have presentation reviewed by Colorado Water Congress.
We will plan to hold a call to share more details with all interested exhibitors on Monday, August 31 at 9:00 am. If you would like to attend, please reach out to AnnaLee Taylor by Monday, August 31 at 8:00 am for a link to the call.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to AnnaLee Taylor, by August 20th and shall become effective upon receipt.
