Registration Details

• The Water Congress expects all attendees to adhere to all state, local, and hotel COVID protocols that are in place at the time of the convention.

• $100 Cancelation fee after 3 pm MT, January 21, 2022.

Wednesday

• Caesar salad
  With garlic anchovy dressing, shaved parmesan, seasonal tomato, croutons on the side
• Pan roasted chicken
  Pink peppercorn marsala glaze, roasted garlic Fontina whipped potatoes, sea salt asparagus
