At time of reservation, a one-night deposit is required and you will receive an emailed confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due seven days prior to arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to arrival with loss of $25 deposit. Cancellations within the 48 hours are non-refundable. ExhibitHigh visibility in the Steamboat Grand ballroom foyer, an exhibit space with a six foot table, two chairs, electrical connection if needed and a waste basket, recognition throughout the convention, listings in the program, and on the Water Congress website.
Assigned Exhibit Space:
Each exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. As exhibitors sign up through the website, our Member Services Manager, AnnaLee Taylor, will reach out to you via email to let you know which table(s) we have available to you at the time your exhibitor request was made. It is at this time, you will make your selection of your preferred exhibit space. Exhibitor Personnel Registration: Your Exhibitor badge does not include conference registration, meals, or the pre-conference workshop. Please add registration for conference sessions and/or pre-conference workshop if you would like to attend these functions. Badge checks will be enforced for all sessions and meal functions. Due to limitations in space, your booth is limited to two (2) exhibitors. Shipping: For all advanced shipments, please use the below address. The Colorado Water Congress will not be responsible for any fees associated with shipments sent directly to the hotel. Exhibitors may not have deliveries arrive earlier than August 19th. I hereby irrevocably grant to Colorado Water Congress ("Organization") the right in perpetuity throughout the world, and in all now known and hereafter existing media, and in any language, to use my name, photograph, picture, video, physical likeness and/or voice for any reasonable purpose, including the Organization’s exhibition, exploitation, distribution, or promotion of the Organization on any media platform that exists now or in the future.
I agree that the foregoing grant includes the right to use my physical likeness in any form, including, without limitation, a photograph, picture, video, artistic rendering, silhouette or other reproduction by photograph, film, tape, or otherwise.
By attending the Colorado Water Congress Summer Conference & Membership Meeting, you grant permission for the Organization to use your image unless otherwise communicated to the Organization.
