​ ​Jim Broderick is the Executive Director of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Jim serves on the Arkansas Valley Preservation Committee, the Statewide Water Initiative Roundtable Committee, is a member of the NWRA, Family Farm Alliance Advisory Committee, and CSU's Colorado Water Resource Institute Advisory Committee. In addition, Jim currently sits on the boards of the Colorado Water Congress and the Colorado River Water Users Association.
