​ ​Linn Brooks retired as the General Manager of the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District, the second largest water provider on the western slope of Colorado, in December 2022. She is a Colorado native and attended Colorado College, Colorado State University, and the University of Colorado, where she studied geology, civil engineering, water resource management, and engineering management.
