Dredge and Fill Subcommittee
The Colorado Water Congress State Affairs Committee has formed a Dredge and Fill ad hoc Subcommittee. The Subcommittee will evaluate and discuss the legal and regulatory landscape in Colorado following the release of the U.S. Supreme Court opinion in Sackett v. EPA released May 25, 2023. Subcommittee Members will discus CWC positions and recommendations and be Co-chaired by Gabe Racz and Jessica LaPierre.
