The Colorado Water Congress Annual Convention: a premier event bringing together key players from across the Colorado water industry. The convention serves as a collaborative platform for CWC’s diverse membership body. Expert panels, interactive discussions, and lively networking opportunities keep our members engaged and returning every year.

Attendees will explore the latest developments in water management, conservation, and sustainability, sharing insights to shape Colorado’s water future. With a focus on innovation and problem-solving, the event fosters meaningful dialogue aimed at tackling the state's most pressing water challenges.

About the Hotel

For the convenience of all convention attendees, we have negotiated a special price to stay at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center for members of our group! In order to ensure as many attendees can stay on-site as possible, you will not receive access to the booking link until after you successfully register for the convention. In the event the room block fills before all attendees book their lodging (as is often the case) we will provide a list of alternatives.

Please note: if your membership type includes free registration, please complete registration for each person attending so we may compile an accurate head count.

Virtual

Members: $275

Non-Members: $375

Non-members may only attend virtually. To attend in person, please purchase the appropriate membership in addition to your registration.

Virtual registration includes access to the conference content on-demand. Please allow 2 weeks for editing after the conference.

Press

Members of the press may attend our conference sessions at no cost! If you would like to attend meals and food breaks, a $150 charge applies.

The Annual Convention is our largest event of the year, providing the biggest opportunity to meet with fellow water leaders and discuss tentpole topics in the industry. It's a don't miss event for those who wish to stay informed about water issues in Colorado. Exhibit at the Convention

If you're a company or organization in the water sector, consider exhibiting at our Annual Convention! Our exhibition area is located in a highly visible area near the Aurora Ballroom. In addition to foot traffic from our members, exhibitors receive recognition throughout the convention itself, and on our website and convention materials.

You must be an active member in good standing of the Colorado Water Congress in order to exhibit at our events. Become a member.

I hereby irrevocably grant to Colorado Water Congress ("Organization") the right in perpetuity throughout the world, and in all now known and hereafter existing media, and in any language, to use my name, photograph, picture, video, physical likeness and/or voice for any reasonable purpose, including the Organization’s exhibition, exploitation, distribution, or promotion of the Organization on any media platform that exists now or in the future.

I agree that the foregoing grant includes the right to use my physical likeness in any form, including, without limitation, a photograph, picture, video, artistic rendering, silhouette or other reproduction by photograph, film, tape, or otherwise. By attending the Colorado Water Congress 2026 Annual Convention, you grant permission for the Organization to use your image unless otherwise communicated to the Organization.
