Please send your name/organization to AnnaLee, and let her know if you would like to be placed on the waitlist only or waitlist and register for virtual attendance (recordings will be available at the conclusion of the conference and once videos have been processed).
Summer Conference Highlights

A one-night deposit is required at the time of reservation, and you will receive an emailed confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due seven days before arrival.
You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival with a loss of a $25 deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. There will be no refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.

Cancelations after the August 16 cut-off date will incur a $50 administrative fee.

For all advanced shipments, you can use the address below. The Colorado Water Congress will not be responsible for any fees associated with shipments sent directly to the hotel. I agree that the foregoing grant includes the right to use my physical likeness in any form, including, without limitation, a photograph, picture, video, artistic rendering, silhouette or other reproduction by photograph, film, tape, or otherwise.
By attending the Colorado Water Congress Summer Conference & Membership Meeting, you grant permission for the Organization to use your image unless otherwise communicated to the Organization.
