In accordance with our mission to initiate and advance programs to conserve, develop, administer, and protect the water resources of the state of Colorado, the Water Congress follows these bylaws.

Articles of Incorporation
As a non-profit organization, the Colorado Water Congress has formal Articles of Incorporation.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporation Act (Title 7, Articles 121 through 137, Colorado Revised States) the Board of Directors of Colorado Water Congress restates the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation filed May 10, 2000.
